This project encompasses a comprehensive scope of works improving on the existing building while adding several stunning new features. At the entrance, an extensive solid hardwood pergola has been constructed, offering a grand and welcoming aesthetic that complements the home’s architecture. Planted wisteria climbing vines compliment the pergola, enhancing the visual appeal whilst also provides a shaded area that adding functionality to the entrance space. Additionally, a custom outdoor BBQ joinery has been installed, perfect for entertaining and maximising the use of the outdoor area.
Close attention to detail is evident throughout the project, with chain hanging downpipes, meticulous sandstone repointing that restores and preserves the character of the original stonework. The installation of copper outdoor lights further enhances the ambiance, providing warm, inviting illumination that highlights the home’s features beautifully. This is joined by copper detail caps to the hand railings and a copper outdoor shower designed for the costal lifestyle. This comprehensive project seamlessly integrates improvements and new additions, creating a cohesive and sophisticated outdoor space that elevates the overall charm and usability of the property.
