Can I engage your design team without using you to build?

Yes. You can engage our design team on its own — we’ll manage the design and approvals and hand you a resolved, buildable set. Most clients choose to have us build it too, because design intent carries straight through, but you’re not locked in.

What’s the difference between Design Services and Design & Build?

Design Services is our in-house design capability — building, interior and landscape design and approvals. Design & Build is the full journey where we design and construct your home under one team. Design Services can feed into a Design & Build, or stand alone.

Do you cover interiors and landscaping as well as the building?

Yes — all three disciplines under one team. See our dedicated Interior Design and Landscape Design pages for detail on each.

Do you manage council approvals?

Yes. We prepare the documentation and manage the DA process with your local council, and we know the Northern Beaches requirements.
