POSITIONS
Client Experience & Growth Coordinator
Location: Warriewood, Sydney NSW
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a high-performing and organised professional to manage the front-end operations of the business.
This role is responsible for overseeing client experience, managing inbound enquiries, and supporting business operations through effective coordination and systems management.
This is not a traditional reception or administrative position. It is a key operational role that ensures the efficient flow of communication, opportunities, and information across the business.
You will work closely with the Director and General Manager to support day-to-day operations, improve internal systems, and maintain a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound enquiries across phone, email, and web platforms
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering a professional and consistent client experience
- Qualify and prioritise incoming opportunities before escalation to leadership
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and internal communication
- Maintain and improve CRM systems and administrative workflows
- Support internal operations through organisation, communication, and task coordination

We are looking for someone who is:
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter, with advanced skills in detailed timber structures and construction site operations.
- Competence in onsite cutting and assembly of wall and roof framing.
- Strong understanding of general building practices and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
- Clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills when liaising with tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans with accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills, including site setup and crew delegation.
- Identify and report potential project variations to supervisors.
- Ensure accurate daily logging of work hours and correct allocation to cost centres
- Maintain thorough documentation and photographic records of job progress and critical inspections.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining project records and documentation.
