Landscape Site Manager (Hands-On Leadership Role)
Location: Warriewood, Sydney NSW
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Site Manager to lead premium residential landscaping projects.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will confidently work on the tools while overseeing site operations, programme delivery, subcontractors and quality control.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Lead daily site operations on high-end residential landscape projects
- Work on the tools alongside your team when required
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers and deliveries
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Read and interpret detailed landscape plans and drawings
- Maintain high-quality control across hardscape and softscape works
- Manage procurement, plant and site logistics
- Monitor productivity, sequencing and programme timelines
- Uphold WHS compliance and promote a strong safety culture
- Liaise with Project Managers and maintain professional client communication

Leading Hand Carpenter
Location: Warriewood, Sydney NSW
Position Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on luxury, architecturally designed homes and will take pride in producing work of the highest quality. This role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership position where your craftsmanship, organisational skills, and ability to guide others will directly contribute to delivering outstanding residential projects.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter, with advanced skills in detailed timber structures and construction site operations.
- Competence in onsite cutting and assembly of wall and roof framing.
- Strong understanding of general building practices and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
- Clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills when liaising with tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans with accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills, including site setup and crew delegation.
- Identify and report potential project variations to supervisors.
- Ensure accurate daily logging of work hours and correct allocation to cost centres
- Maintain thorough documentation and photographic records of job progress and critical inspections.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining project records and documentation.
- Professional presentation and conduct at all times.
