POSITIONS
Location: Northern Beaches and Lower North Shore, Sydney NSW
Position Type: Full-Time
Two types of people will suit this role. You might already be running a maintenance crew and want to do it for a company that works to a higher standard. Or you might have solid hands-on years behind you and be ready to take the step up into leading the work yourself.
Either way, this is a role with real scope and a division that’s growing around it.
The role
You’ll take ownership of a regular run of established client properties – the standard they’re held to, and the quality of what leaves site each day.

The work covers:
Garden and lawn care – mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, hedging and shaping.
Seasonal programmes – mulching, planting, fertilising and soil conditioning.
Monitoring plant health, and identifying pest, disease and irrigation issues before they become problems.
Pressure washing and general presentation of driveways, decks, paths, walls and facades.
General property maintenance and presentation works.
Running the day – planning the run, managing materials, keeping vehicles and equipment in order.
Directing and developing apprentices and team members on site.
Professional, confident contact with long-term clients.
What you need:
Full working rights in Australia (we are not offering sponsorship for this role)
A current Australian driver’s licence
Three or more years hands-on in gardening, landscaping, grounds or property maintenance
Sound plant knowledge and a practical understanding of how to keep a garden healthy – pruning, soil, feeding, lawn care
The judgement to work unsupervised, set the standard and hold it
Confident, professional communication with clients
Genuine attention to detail – you notice the things other people walk past
What will set you apart:
Experience leading a crew, running a maintenance round, or supervising apprentices.
Cert III in Horticulture or equivalent experience.
Depth in pest and disease identification, soil science or fertilising programmes.
Irrigation, garden lighting or landscape construction experience.
Chemical handling ticket (AQF3), White Card, small machinery tickets.
If you have the hands-on years but haven’t formally led a team yet, still apply. We’d rather back someone with the right judgement and standards into the step up than hire a title.

Leading Hand Carpenter
Location: Warriewood, Sydney NSW
Position Type: Full-Time
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Leading Hand Carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on luxury, architecturally designed homes and will take pride in producing work of the highest quality. This role is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership position where your craftsmanship, organisational skills, and ability to guide others will directly contribute to delivering outstanding residential projects.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter, with advanced skills in detailed timber structures and construction site operations.
- Competence in onsite cutting and assembly of wall and roof framing.
- Strong understanding of general building practices and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors under the guidance of the Site Supervisor.
- Clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills when liaising with tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans with accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills, including site setup and crew delegation.
- Identify and report potential project variations to supervisors.
- Ensure accurate daily logging of work hours and correct allocation to cost centres
- Maintain thorough documentation and photographic records of job progress and critical inspections.
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in maintaining project records and documentation.
- Professional presentation and conduct at all times.

The role entails working alongside our qualified tradespeople where all aspects of the carpentry trade will be learnt including general framing and construction carpentry, cladding, decking and pergolas.

We are seeking two skilled Landscape Tradespersons to join our dynamic team.
If you have a strong background in landscaping and horticulture, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to exceptional quality, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will lead landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read Plans: Interpret and implement detailed landscape designs.
