Do you compete with architects on design?

No. On this channel we are purely the builder — your design leads, and our job is to deliver it faithfully. We raise buildability or cost considerations early and collaboratively, never redesign your work without you. We do offer in-house design to homeowners as a separate service, but that is a different client and a different pipeline — it never touches your project.

What contracts do you work under?

We are comfortable working under ABIC contracts and other recognised industry forms. We agree the contract, program and reporting cadence up front so your client knows exactly what to expect.

How do you handle tendering?

We provide clear, itemised tenders tied to your documentation, so your client can compare and understand the pricing. If something in the documentation affects buildability or cost, we flag it at tender — not as a variation later.

How do you communicate during the build?

With structured, regular reporting to both you and the client, so you are never chasing us for answers. Our aim is to make your practice look good throughout the build.
