How much does a renovation cost on the Northern Beaches?

It depends on scale and what’s behind the walls — a single bathroom is very different to a whole-home renovation. We price against your actual home and scope, and we flag likely unknowns up front so the quote reflects reality, not a headline number.

Do I have to move out during the renovation?

Not always. For smaller renovations we stage the work to keep your home liveable; for larger or whole-home projects it can be easier to move out for part of it. We’ll give you an honest view at the first consultation.

Can you match new work to an older or heritage home?

Yes. Matching finishes, levels and detailing is one of the hardest parts of renovating, and it’s where an experienced renovator earns their keep. We work sympathetically with character and heritage homes.

Do you do bathrooms and kitchens as standalone jobs?

Yes — bathrooms, kitchens and extensions are among our most common projects, and each has its own dedicated page with more detail. A standalone bathroom or kitchen is very welcome.
