Born on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Beaches Group designs, builds, landscapes and cares for premium residential homes — as one accountable team, from first concept to long after handover.
Our Story
From weekends with a builder to one accountable team.
Tim Robinson has been passionate about building for as long as he could walk. Weekends with his grandfather — a builder — were spent planning and constructing projects around the home, instilling practical skill and a love of spaces that connect with their surroundings.
By 19 he had begun a career in landscaping and horticulture, drawn to its power to transform underused outdoor space. As a lifelong learner he went on to qualify in Carpentry, Building & Construction and Project Management, and completed a Bachelor of Design and Technology.
That combination — designer, builder, landscaper — led Tim to found Beaches Group: a company specialising in transforming residential properties through building, landscaping and design. It has since grown to multiple construction and landscaping teams plus a full back-office of designers, client-service and operations staff.

With in-house expertise across both building and landscaping — supported by experienced project managers — we remove the need to juggle multiple contractors and deliver one seamless, fully integrated service. Landscaping is considered from the start of the build, not bolted on at the end, which saves cost and coordination.

Four dedicated building teams and two landscaping teams let us run multiple projects concurrently without compromise — led by experienced foremen and construction supervisors, driven by project managers, and supported by an office team handling design, estimating, scheduling and client updates.
