Can you build to plans I already have?

Yes. If you’ve engaged an architect or designer, we build to their drawings — and we’ll flag anything about buildability or cost early so there are no surprises on site. If you’d rather one team handle both design and construction, that’s our Design & Build service.

What does it cost to build a new home on the Northern Beaches?

Cost depends on the size, site, finishes and complexity of your home, so we price against your actual plans rather than a headline rate. You’ll get a detailed, itemised estimate and a clear explanation of fixed-price versus cost-plus before you commit.

How long does it take to build a new home?
