This project encompassed a comprehensive home design and renovation effort, along with landscaping enhancements. This involved replacing interior walling with v-groove panels and dado rail achieving a contemporary coastal vibe. The living area was expanded by infilling the rear courtyard and introducing a two-way stone clad fireplace, creating an open and spacious living atmosphere with lifted cathedral-style ceilings.
The kitchen was designed with modern matt black appliances, striking marble benchtops and splashback, with Florentine bronze handles for contrast. Other scope included, a combined laundry and butler’s pantry, bay window seat, ducted air, herringbone timber ash floor throughout and contemporary bathrooms. The exterior saw a new Hamptons style garage with barn-style doors, new courtyard and sandstone retaining walls.
